It was a very good show, I must say. The fact that two really big bands are in one show definitely jacked up the awesome value. First, the whole place was on its feet and never sat down once Fastball Comedy Festival started. It was a great plus that ZZ Top only played an amount of songs I could count on one hand, but it was a bit disappointing. This was my first Aero concert and it lived up to my expectations. But there were a few complaints from myself and my party. One complaint was that Tom Hamilton (the bassist) was not present due to surgery. This was disappointing and I think led to the band not playing one of their greatest (and very bass oriented) songs, Sweet Emotion. Second, the setlist itself was short, and some big songs that are often played live were kept out and replaced with older more unfamiliar songs. Also, I strongly believe they would have come back out after Train but when people saw the cleaners come to clean the stage they all got up, which was sad. This was the biggest let down for me, because Emotion is one of my favorites and it's favorite to a lot of other people. Ultimately, this was a great show. But if this was your first Fastball Comedy Festival show, you might leave wanting a little more than they gave. I'm going to make sure to see them again, but who doesn't?
